- Perfect Sundance location! This 3 bedroom ranch sits across from CU campus in a quiet neighborhood and is central to all the Sundance film festival venues with several within a 15 min walking distance. The "Hop" bus just steps away will take you to on a loop to the famous Pearl Street, 29th Street Mall, The Hill and through CU Boulder. You can also walk along the Boulder Creek path just down the hill. Don't miss these beautiful views over Central Boulder!
There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor all have queen beds: the primary has large desk and closet with attached 3/4 bathroom and the other two bedrooms have smaller desks, closets and a shared full bathroom. Available for your use is a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, TV (Netflix) and wireless internet. Parking is available in the 4-car driveway.
