The neighborhood is just stunning - beautiful views, close to coffee shops & restaurants as well as CU campus and we loved that we could do some fantastic hikes without even needing to drive anywhere. The host was very responsive and helpful - I felt like I was staying at a friend’s. I thought there was more of a traditional kitchen than there was (but could be my quick read that missed it) but it turns out that we didn’t really need any more than what was there. I would absolutely stay here again - felt like being a local.

Loved this Location!

First time to Boulder for a family wedding - reception at the Chataqua Hall. Loved being so close to the hiking near the Flat Irons. 3 couples stayed in this 3 bed 2 bath property - perfect space for our group and Kathy is so accessible and such a great hostess.

Great place

My family of five really enjoyed this place. Apartment was located in an established neighborhood close to downtown and Chautauqua Park with its great hiking trails. The beds were comfortable and living room was cozy. We would recommend this place for a Boulder visit.

Great Trip

The home was ideal for our 3 day Rocky Mountain weekend. Clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. In a beautiful neighborhood right next to miles and miles of trails. Kathy was a great host and the Espresso was the icing on the cake!

Perfect location with gorgeous views of the Flatirons- peaceful quiet neighborhood steps away from many hikes and even Pearl St. with shops and eateries- very comfortable- great getaway

Excellent Stay

Kathy's home is in an excellent part of Boulder and was a great home base for a few days of hiking, biking, and fun times in the area. The home was very comfortable and Kathy was very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable space & great location!

We were in Boulder for CU Family Weekend & enjoyed having enough space for our family to be together before and after all of the activity. It was convenient to get to campus, Pearl Street and hiking trails. Beds were very comfortable & rooms were quiet and dark (we all slept in way later than we usually do at home!). Kathy was a helpful & responsive host.

Unbelievable location

This property exceeded expectations! The amenities were top-notch, and the location couldn't have been better. We loved being within walking distance of Chautauqua Park and having easy access to explore the stunning state and national parks nearby. Very comfortable stay, lovely neighborhood

This was perfect for our family to stay and explore the area colleges for a few days. We especially enjoyed our walk/hike to have breakfast at the Chautauqua Dining Hall near the Flatirons. Easy to get everything and the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would book again. :)

Family Weekend at UC Boulder

Garden apartment was very comfortable and walking distance to Boulder - got lots of steps in and the weather was spectacular! Accommodations were very comfortable and as described. Very close to some amazing hiking! Breakfast/meal at Chautauqua Hall is a must ! Kathy was very responsive and assisted with requests! Thank you Kathy for a fabulous weekend !

Excellent and clean property

The property is very clean and spacious. The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. The only potential drawback was that it’s not a full kitchen. It was fine for us but if we had planned to eat there it wouldn’t have been easy (no stove - just a toaster oven and a microwave).

A great stay in Boulder

This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located in the Chautauqua area of Boulder. It is 5 minutes from Chautauqua park and close to downtown EZ access to all highways for day travel The space is located in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood The apartment which is a garage apartment has a comfortable outdoor space Refrigerator indoors with kitchen/laundry combination Clean and comfortable the boat is gracious and accommodating 5 star all the way

Perfect location; live like a local

Kathy's place is in a beautiful Boulder neighborhood within walking distance to both hiking trails and cute restaurants near the university. The campus, downtown Boulder and Pearl Street are a short drive away. The place is very clean and comfortable with the space we needed for our family. It should be noted that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven but a microwave and mini-fridge if that matters to you.

Chautauqau Vrbo review

Three nice size bedrooms. Two nice bathrooms. Mini split AC units in each bedroom, very comfortable. Large common area with TV. Good wi-fi speed available. Beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to Chautauqau dining hall and trails. Home owner very accommodating.

Cozy and comfortable retreat

Had a great experience; would certainly stay again! Beds were among the comfiest I've ever experienced at any vacation home rental, and my family members agreed. Towels were likewise extremely luxurious. Lots of space and light, despite being on a lower level. I'm a runner and loved the proximity to hiking / running trails. Neighborhood was quiet. Finally, host Kathy was very communicative and welcoming.

Beautiful space near flagstaff

We had a great time in Boulder. Kathy was kind and welcoming. She allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, comfortable and stocked with all we needed. She even had a puzzle from my favorite Boulder company, liberty puzzles. The location was perfect, close to campus and pearl street but quiet. It is within walking distance to Chatauqua and the Hill area. We will stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful retreat close to city and hiking

We visited to celebrate family birthdays. We enjoy hiking, good food, and visiting interesting places. It snowed in late April during our stay but despite that we had a great visit. This home is about half a mile to the Chitauqua Park with great hiking and a good restaurant for family, including small children. It was also close to downtown Boulder where we enjoyed the tulip festival of tne days it did not rain. We also visited the National Center for Atmospheric Research which is a few miles from this home. The host was very gracious and answered all of our questions. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have 2 full baths. The main living area was very spacious. The home has a kitchenette. As we got take out for most meals it worked well for us. Plenty of refrigeration space for our breakfast and snacks. I would definitely stay here again if I needed the space.
