On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a large 55 m² living area with a comfortable lounge, a cozy dining room, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals in a friendly atmosphere. There are also two bathrooms, one with a toilet.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two with a 140x190 cm double bed, one with two 90x190 cm single beds, one with a 90x190 cm single bed, and a separate toilet.
