The breakfast was OK and the views nice but the service was neither welcoming nor hospitable. The main issue we had was with the WIFI - our booking indicated it was available in the room but when we arrived we were told by the Reception staff that there was only WIFI in the lobby and a few rooms above the lobby which according to the staff were more expensive. The room is large and comfortable, although it could use some update in the furniture. Also tv was not working during our stay. "Great location. Is perfect location to start out from whether walking, by train or metro and after a day of sightseeing, being beside the main station is a bonus. Being beside the shops in the station, which are open on Sundays and late into the night, was also very convenient. We were on first floor and while there was some street noise it wasn't an issue for us and we slept well. "
