Microwave was malfunctioning and no replacement proposal was made, instead host was suggesting to plug and unplug each time it got stuck"

"I found the hotel to be very nice and very clean. The staff were very nice as well. Peter did an amazing job checking us in, and recommending good parking as my truck did not fit in the valet parking. He also recommended a really good place for local smoked meat.
