Great place!

We feel very lucky to have stayed in this place: full of light, great view, spacious for a couple, very well located for outdoors activities, great food, groceries/ shopping, T. Highly recommended.

convenient location on top of Parker Hill

Please was clean and in good shape with just the basic for a short stay.My only recommendation would be to buy new sheets for the bed since they are getting worn out. Heidy was responded quickly and maintenance staff was available and professional.

Great location. Lovely accommodations, and great response from the owner when needed. The gym in the building makes getting exercise on a rainy day possible. The building is quiet from street noise. A grocery and pharmacy are a 10-minute walk, with some hills, but very doable.

Excellent short term rental, well stocked and laundry in unit which is huge. Gym was also good, easy to walk to T and shops. Hill is a bit of a slog, but you get used to it. Host was super easy to communicated with.

This cozy little apartment was nice. It is in a very central location with easy access to many places in Boston! Close to local restaurants! It’s on top of Mission Hill with great views of the city! Has the basics inside

AC broke and was not repaired for the entire summer

We spent ten weeks in the apartment. The AC broke a couple of weeks into our stay and was not repaired for the remainder of our stay. The landlord put a window unit into the bedroom after I requested one, but it did not sufficiently cool down the apartment, was extremely loud, and took up much of the floor space of the bedroom. The unit itself had dog hair and dust on the floors and linens. We had to rewash everything. Upon leaving we found black mold under the bathroom sink that had grown as a result of the broken AC.
