Beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom apartment in assembly square.



Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. King bed. TV in the bedroom. Closet. Dresser.



Second bedroom: 2 Twin beds. Closet.



Living room: 2 folding beds (please request before arrival). Free of charge. TV is available. Dining table of 4 chairs. 2 bar stools.



Washer and Dryer in unit free of charge.



Balcony & full kitchen.



Other Things to Note:

All guests are required to provide photo ID prior arrival. Access to all amenities are free. Amenities are subject to availability by the building. Exact address will be shared one or two days before check in, current address is for our partner hotel in the same neighborhood/block. No guarantees for building amenities. Maintenance requests will be provided within 48 hours of the submitted request. Pool is closed in the winter time. All guests are expected to use What-is App so we send them video check in. Parking is free for monthly stays only. Disclaimer: We have the right to change the furniture without prior notice to guests. Furniture will be the same bed size and quality of the posted photos. If you want to book parking through us in the same building it is $35 per day. Smoke violation is $1000. Party violation is $500. We don’t want to fine you so please avoid trouble.
