The room was clean spacious and well arranged. I recommend any other family to stay there anytime they visit the area. I will actually go back there soon

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was not clean upon arrival; routine cleanings were inadequate; supplies were not restocked; breakfast was average at best. Front desk staff were helpful.

Nice setup, so loud
Our room’s toilet had a broken handle and would flush. There was no maintenance so we had to pack up our family at 10:30 at night as we’d just checked in and move to another room on another floor. Sleep was hard to come by as lots of child hockey players were staying there and were allowed to run the halls and stomp around until 1 - 2 am each night.

Great place! Clean & comfortable. Only issues were Rude Guests that made way too much noise in the hallway FOR HOURS!!
12:30a-2a was raucous and disruptive. Totally disrespectful and gave us a terrible nights sleep

We do have quiet hours and it appears that they didn't follow our rules, nor did we do a good job making sure that our guests followed our rules and regulations. We will make sure that we are better prepared in the future.
Beautiful hotel with very comfortable room and good service.
I just wish the breakfast started a little earlier as we had to miss it to be in a meeting by 7am.

Hello Guest, Thank you for your review. I apologize that you missed breakfast. It is a Hilton standard that breakfast is served 6:30AM-9:30AM Monday through Friday and 7AM-10AM on Saturday & Sunday.

Hello Guest, thank you for your rating. I would like to hear more about your stay.
My bedding was not clean, had to call and complain 3 times only for them to bring me new sheets, 1 pillow case for 6 pillows and 2 ripped blankets. The staff that brought me those thibgs was rude and smelled of Marijuana. I was expected to strip these dirty beds myself and make them myself as well. There were hairs everywhere and scum in the tub. Worst cleanliness and service.

The front desk person was very helpful. She was friendly and kind. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. It was very busy but the people brought out food and clean dishes and utensils consistently. Everyone was working hard and friendly.
