The king room was really good, especially the bed and pillows. My only dislike was the other guest that was staying there that was arguing a lot but other than that everything was great, lovely staff and easy parking.

I like the rooms. That is why I always stay at this chain. My only complaint was the pillows were not comfortable to match that very comfortable bed.

Nice , clean place . All the staff were really nice & helpful. I love that the pool stays open until 10pm but it’s really small and no hot tub . The free breakfast was a plus and had good options . I give this hotel 4 stars

I checked in on 2/23/24 evening 4th floor room. The parking lot was pretty full and none of the Holiday Inn parking lights were on. Parked as close to the restaurant next door lights. Informed the gentleman when I checked in it was very dark back near the wooded area where I had to park.... Well I can check on that. Looked out my window at Midnights. The lights never came on.
Woke at 6 am to shower. No hot water. Call down to front desk to ask what was gong on. Told me to run hot water for 10mins and he had to do something with the pipes. This is obviously a problem they know they have and I should just wait.
It was almost 6:20 am at this point and I am supposed to wait 10 more minutes, no time for that so cold shower and no the water never even warmed to Luke warm!!!!
Checked out instead of giving them another opportunity to not have a safe parking lot or HOT water.
