Coveted Hull beach property steps from the ocean

Spend a month at the beach, enjoying the slower pace of summer surrounded by the sounds of the ocean. Walk the beach with morning coffee, or stroll along the bay for spectacular sunsets. Hull has everything with a small town, kind vibe that includes a summer festival and famous harbor illumination in July. Great restaurants all summer, biking, swimming, kayaking, fishing, shopping and relaxing anytime.

For those who have to commute to Boston, Hull is a 30 minute Ferry ride from Long Wharf. Commute to Boston and go on vacation every night via MBTA Ferry!

Our house has central AC for the rare summer days that are made more comfortable with air conditioning, tons of parking so that you can entertain friends at the beach. No one has to fight for the limited parking spaces of the pubic beach - you have 8 spaces in total for you and your guests to enjoy.

Brand new kitchen appliances include gourmet microwave, fridge and stove. Programmable coffee maker and grinder offer an inspired start to every day. Enjoy the early morning sunrise with coffee and a beach walk. Sports fields and public tennis courts are only blocks away. You can walk to the Post Office or to great pizza.

Available for the months of July, August and September 2022.
