Clean and convenient w/ patio! Walk to Boston highlights!

You will love staying in vibrant South Boston! This neighborhood is the setting for countless movies and is conveniently host to the Seaport District, Convention Center, and incredible bars and restaurants - many of which are <10 mins walking away! Easily walk to the Red Line subway to reach downtown Boston in minutes and explore the historic city. Once you are back on Telegraph Hill you can relax on the private patio with your favorite beverage! You will have a private entry off the quiet residential side-street.

The lock is a keyless touchpad so no interaction is necessary, although I do live upstairs. The residence is all yours- no shared spaces. You have full access to the awesome back patio and basement with a washer and dryer.

South Boston is an energetic neighborhood where you are able to explore fabulous local restaurants, a fun bar scene, the sandy beach, and easy access to the rest of BOSTON! You will stay very close to the Red Line subway which will take you right downtown or to Cambridge in minutes.

Parking is available on the street for free for two hours between 8am-6pm. There is free overnight parking on East and West Broadway, just around the corner. Weekend parking is free at Excel High School at the top of the street. For more permanent parking check out Spot Hero or just ask!

Nice place and great location

Property was fantastic. Nice little neighborhood close to the city and a bunch of good places close by with good food. Only issue I had was parking, but I am pretty sure that is the case with any location that close to downtown Boston.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed this location for visiting Boston. The area was lively, but quiet and friendly. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but with a bit of planning it was free and worked well into our daily routine. Would return.

Nice and convenient place

Great Spot

Love the location & great place to stay if want to get away from busy city streets yet close enough to enjoy all the city has to offer! Everything was perfect for our stay…clean and neat with easy check in process. Tub could use a little TLC, but overall well equipped and nice place! So happy we found it!

Very Convenient Location

My family (from Ireland) stayed in the property whilst visiting family in the South Boston area. It was very clean and the much needed air conditioning was great. It was a short walk or taxi ride to local bars, restaurants and shopping malls. The hosts were very easy to contact and replied very efficiently. We all really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and set up

I booked for a belated 70th gift for my Mum from Ireland who has always wanted to visit Boston. The location was perfect for the city and beach, check in straight forward and the appartment beautiful. Everything was as described. Trevor was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here, we had a great time!

Boston with Family

We enjoyed our stay in Boston. The house was clean and we appreciated having access to laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. Despite not having access to 24-hour street parking, there were plenty of spots open right outside the house during the day and a spot hero location for 24-hour parking that we used overnight around the block (~3 minute walk). Check in and check out were very easy and the hosts were quick to respond when we had a question. Would recommend this location to family and friends.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I was in town for the weekend to attend my daughter’s bridal shower. The property was perfect for myself and my daughter-in-law. The apartment was clean and welcoming. Enjoyed our morning coffee outside in the patio area. Check in was seamless, communication with hosts was great and Location was excellent! (Love Southie). Will definitely be back!

Nice stay in Southie

We had a great time here and the place is pretty much as described. The kitchen is well equipped and it was comfortable enough for our little family of four. It is not too far from the beach or the subway station (Andrew). We did not have any issue during our stay, but our host was easily reachable and helpful before our arrival. The place was tidy when we arrived. Be advised, the patio can be noisy (heat pumps). This is a great neighborhood, although it can be a challenge to park your car on weekdays. Prepare a budget for that or time to find a free spot, good luck!

Lovely home base to explore Boston

Elliott / Trevor's place was a great stay for our small family. We loved being able to cook meals in the kitchen, being able to walk to Carson Beach for seashell searching, exploring Dorchester Street, and the neighbourhood. Elliott/Trevor was easy to get a hold of when I had questions regarding the thermostat and garbage/recycling. Checking in was easy, the wifi worked well for us, and the apartment was comfortable and clean. I would recommend staying with Elliott/Trevor, and would book his apartment again. Thank you for making our trip a success! We can't wait to come back and check out telegraph hill when it's open! Thanks again.

Lovely location but....

House clean but the beds are not so comfortable. And the owner didnt care about us or as he wanted. I asked some details for the check in and the answer was : you will receive all instructions a couple of days before the date. and I had the mail less than 24 hours before : stressfull when you come from France.before renting the flat I asked him for the sofa bed. He answered : ""the sofa bed works perfectly and it is comfortable"". but it is NOT comfortable at all. and the mattress of the bed too. When we arrived I tried by mistake to open the wrong door which is the owners' one. It was about 6 or 7 pm. He opened his door and just said it is the other door. He doesnt say welcome or have a smile. I really feel We were bothering him. we had a problem with the faucet of the shower. we called him he went without saying nothing kind. But he opened the faucet.Lovely location, very well located. That s all. "

Ok stay

Comfortable bed and nice closet space. Mostly clean except for hair in the bathroom and shower curtain liner that needs cleaning. Finding parking was not ideal, a few blocks away and pricey. Hilly area provides a nice walking workout!
