This property is located in Malden, just 12 minutes from Boston. The House is clean, comfortable place for friends and family, there is everything to feel at home. The house can accommodate 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 queen one full and a twin size beds, there are 1 bathroom, we have a full equipped kitchen, tv in all bedroos, we also have a washer and dryer for you convenience while staying at our property. Perfect place!

Very clean and quiet home. Convenient to downtown and great neighborhood. Loved the park across the street for our dog. Beautiful interior. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Place!

My wife and my dog were visiting Boston and Salem. This place was very clean and the owner was very courteous to have us. The neighborhood was nice and we felt very safe our entire time there.

Perfect location

The house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. We had a big kitchen, lots of space, and all the amenities we needed for a family of four. The location was perfect and close to all types of activities. We will definitely book again in the future.

Family Vacation

I, my husband and child, and my parents stayed for over a week to visit Salem and Boston. This was the perfect place to stay in between the two cities! My child loved playing at the park just across the street almost every night. The neighborhood felt safe, and the apartment was very roomy and comfortable!

Great fall weekend in Boston

Weekend was great! We were able to accommodate everyone, gorgeous property and quiet neighborhood. Parking was a little difficult with three cars but we made it work. Very good answering my messages. Would stay here again!

Nice place in Malden

Very very clean place with three comfortable bedrooms. Large parking spot. Good equipment. Quite area. Supermarkets close by. Note that means of transports are a bit far.

Great house in a great location!!

Very convenient! We drive to Fenway Park and to the Freedom Trail, each only took about 20 minutes from the house! A beautiful park across the street from the house is where our kids played soccer, tossed a frisbee, and did some running. There is also a splash pad there on warmer days! We walked to get some pizza. Many food locations within walking distance. Great stay! Highly recommend for families!!

Quiet, safe neighborhood

This apartment is exactly as listed. The neighborhood was so close to everything! We easily walked to the train station. The area was soooo quiet! Very safe. The house is clean and very cozy. No complaints at all!

We loved the cleanliness of this place immediately. The amenities were very up to date and modern. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy. The beds were comfy. We felt right at home. We stayed here with 5 kids very comfortably. This place is super close to Boston but away from the busy city center. We had no problem commuting by vehicle every day. Excellent home base for our trip.

We spent three days in Boston visiting the city and Salem. This was a great location. The apartment was very quiet and the amenities were great. A bonus was the private parking spot. There were four grandparents who felt very safe here. Thank you. If I can make a suggestion it would have be nice to have list of restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice property and location. A couple of minor concerns include the tight bathroom door had a non working lock. Also, only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided for 6 people for 3 days. So we had to buy our own.

Super clean

Super clean apartment within a great radius of Boston and the airport. The beds were very soft which was great for some of our party and not great for the rest. The one bathroom is a little cumbersome for larger parties like ours but we made it work. The TVs didn’t have WiFi, which was a little disappointing but otherwise, this was a great experience with a host who communicated quickly when we had questions. Thank you!

Beautiful house in a great location!

The pictures don't do this home justice. We were in Massachusetts visiting our children for the holidays and couldn't have been more comfortable. The location is in a great neighborhood close to everything we were interested in seeing/doing. Since we were there for the holidays, I inquired about kitchen items. The host purchased and provided what I needed. It was so thoughtful. The house was very clean, organized, plenty of room for us. We will definitely be back!!

Two day trip to Boston

The apartment was very clean and modern and had all needed in kitchen although we didn’t do any cooking. Plenty of towels and Soft sheets. My only wish was that the beds were a little firmer; the mattresses sagged somewhat in the middle of two of the beds. The owner may not even realize this but thought it is worth a mention since most of the time that was spent there was for sleeping. Otherwise it was perfect!!

Quick trip to Boston

Property was very clean and conveniently located to the airport. We didn’t spend much time there . The only issue with the property was the bathroom while it was clean. It was fairly cramped, and the bathroom door needs to be fixed. It was very hard to open and close, I felt like I was going to do damage to it every time it’s scraped on the floor and would get jammed.

Great Choice!

We’re a band from Jersey. We play at Ned Devines and The Harp in Boston a few times a year. As a band, budgeting is crucial. Housing 4 people can be super expensive. This property has a great price point allowing some money left over in the budget to buy groceries at a close by grocery store. We were able to check in, go to the gym together, grocery shop, and relax, all before heading to the venue to check in. Finding a place with a clean safe neighborhood for parking our vehicles and feeling secure in an unfamiliar area is crucial as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean, and very accommodating to for 4 people. Very cozy spot, easy check in, and check out, and very simplistic rules. Would very much like to stay here again.

Home base for Boston/Salem/Concotd

This apartment is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The parking easily supports two cars. This apartment is located on the main floor and shares a common door with the upstairs apartment. This apartment is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in-a total A+ for cleanliness. It is described just as the listing explains. One thing to take note of is if you arrive in the evening, use your flashlight to walk on the sidewalk into the apartment because the street can be very dark and there is a gorgeous tree whose roots have distorted the sidewalk and you could trip and fall. Once you open the front door, there is an outdoor porch light to the right. We would definitely stay here again.
