5 Min to Salem~Comfy King Beds

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This apartment is located just a 5 minute drive to Salem and also a 3 minute walk to the train station which is only 1 stop away from Salem and can also take you into Boston!



The apartment itself is basic, older, and nothing fancy but will be clean and maintained so it can absolutely get the job done for your needs!



You will first go up the back deck of the building 1 small flight of stairs to get to the door that leads into the apartment. You will then enter a small hallway/mudroom that will lead you to the kitchen.



The kitchen is the first room of the apartment you will see. It is a pretty small kitchen but will be compact with everything you need; fridge, freezer, sink, microwave, keurig coffee maker, k-cups, counter-space, and all other supplies needed for a kitchen. The kitchen table is foldable so it can fit the right way in the kitchen. When unfolded and used as a table it will take up the majority of the open space in the kitchen and can seat 4 people. When unfolded it will be tucked away to maintain the openness of the kitchen. The apartment is in an older building so some may say the kitchen is older and also nothing fancy.



The next room when leaving the kitchen will be the living room. Inside the living room there will be an attached full bathroom that has a full tub/shower, vanity, toilet, mirror, and all bathroom supplies needed. As for the living room it will be set up with a full size couch, coffee table, living area rug, loveseat/sofa chair, and a 50 inch smart TV. Again the living room is in an older building and is nothing fancy but absolutely gets the job done if you aren`t looking for a luxury stay.



The next 2 rooms when leaving the living room are the bedrooms. Both bedrooms will have king size memory foam mattresses. I will have the same mattresses that I use at all my properties and this is one thing that my guests compliment the most and multiple have asked me for the link for where to buy. Both bedrooms will have multiple windows with room darkening shades and all bedroom supplies needed to sleep. Guests don`t need to bring anything necessary for sleep it will all be provided. The main thing to also note about the bedrooms is although they are completely separate with their own doors you cannot get to the 2nd bedroom without going through the first bedroom. If this is a deal breaker I completely understand. And lastly as has been stated throughout this description the bedrooms are in an older apartment and are nothing fancy but if you don`t need a luxury stay then they absolutely get the job done.



The full apartment will be exclusively yours throughout the duration of your stay. The apartment is in the same building with 2 other apartments and office space below. The only space you may see other people would be the back deck when people are leaving to go somewhere
