This was a great home away from home that accomodated my entire family. The host was friendly and responsive, and the property was clean and had all the essentials for a great stay. We will definitely rent this property again when we visit Boston!
Perfect spot for my friends and I to base out of for a day in Boston. Jenny was so helpful and accomodating, and the place was a great size, clean, beds were really confortable. Definitely would recommend highly.
Great location, easy to get to Boston or to souther towns by the shore line. Jenny was easy to deal with, very responsive and quick easy check in process.

The house was well suited for our family of 12 adults + kids. Location was accessible to shopping for groceries etc, with a 7/11 nearby and only 20 min drive to downtown Boston. House was clean and well maintained overall and the host Jenny was very responsive to our questions and addressed any issues promptly. Definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a place near Boston.
This house was very nice! It was clean and well-kept. I was traveling with my two kids and my service dog, and we all enjoyed the stay. The only negative thing about the house is that it is on a very busy street with a bus stop right out front. I am a light sleeper so it made it difficult to try and keep in but it would not prevent me from staying there again.
Condo was really large and impeccably clean. Beds were comfy. Well appointed kitchen and living room space. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that this property is on a fairly major roadway. There is a fair bit of traffic noise in the front bedroom. This can be easily mitigated with earplugs. Overall a great stay
Great place not far from from subway to get into Boston
We enjoyed our stay in Quincy. The home was clean and there was ample space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Would stay here again. Literally the only thing I would want is a spot with a full length mirror to check my outfit and since the bathrooms don't have tons of counter space having a spot with a mirror to get ready would make things a little easier. It worked great but if I were to suggest something...that would be it :P
This was a great property to rent. It was very clean and it just felt welcoming and homey. The main floor is an open concept livingroom/kitchen/dining area with a 1/2 bath. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. There were plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper and soap/shampoo/conditioner. The beds were comfortable and had nice sheets and comforters. Everything was in working order. Parking was not an issue at all. There was one space in the back and two other spaces across the street. There is parking on the street right in front which says 1 hour parking, but there was a car there that never moved with no tickets so we parked in front as well. We were there over Thanksgiving so it may have been no ticketing happening around the holiday. The check in process could not have been easier and the host/co-host was very responsive and welcoming. I would definitely rent here again.
Jenny’s property was clean and beautiful, check in was easy, simple. It was a quiet surrounding during the night time and comfortable place to stay at!
We spent seven nights in this property while we toured the Boston area. Easy access to the train station, and the bus goes right by the location. Very clean and spacey. It allowed for privacy as well as room for get-togethers. Highly recommend this location for four more people.

I was expecting 3 bedrooms and bedroom number 2 was locked. Also the location was not described accurately as it was a very busy street, day and night and streetlights shine in the bedroom, streets are dirty. Place was well kept and clean. Wet clothes in the washer which we re-washed and hung to dry. Sorry Jenny just expected the location to be much quieter and the 3rd bedroom to be available.
House was perfect. Very spacious, plenty of room for our family of 4. Kids loved the upper floor. Massage chair was an added bonus! Location is a little noisy. Main road has cars all day and night but really the least of our worries and expected if you are in a city. Overall would highly recommend if you are visiting Boston and want to stay just outside of the city. 15 min drive in.
My family of 6 stayed here for the Boston Marathon. This house was very comfortable with many beds. I agree with other comments about the busy street, but sleeping with ear plugs made it no issue! Would definitely return in the future.
House was exactly what you get in the picture. Kitchen area and living room area were very easy to navigate with 9 guys in the house. With the bunk beds available, there were 10 total beds, which was amazing for our large group! The neighborhood is very loud outside, but it’s easily walkable to a few spots for breakfast, dinner, drinks, etc.

The 3-unit house is newly renovated, spacious, very bright and clean. It also lacked some of the basic necessities we've found in other VRBO properties such as kitchen products, dishwasher detergent, pots/pans/baking sheets, a working coffee maker, extra towels and blankets. This is a 4-story unit with the laundry on the basement level. If you're using the upper floor, there are two full flights of stairs - good to know if anyone in your party is older or you have young kids. The single bed shown in pictures 11 & 36 on the top level is a child's bed, not a twin and not suitable for an adult. It is nice that the homeowner provides a pack-and-play for infants. The linens and pillows were fine. There are very few closets - we hung our jackets on the kitchen chairs. The mattresses are thin. The property is on a busy road; noise from the road bothered some of our guests. A heads up to future renters - there is an auto body shop adjacent to the house. DO NOT park in their parking lot. We arrived late at night and needed extra parking since we had 3 cars (there is 1 parking spot in the rear of the property). We could not find nearby street parking. Eight o'clock in morning, the police had been called along with a tow truck to remove the car we parked in the lot. There are no signs and we did not realize this was private property. This was our error, but it is good to know if you are renting, not to park in the lot. We rented this property because we needed a place close to downtown Boston. At no fault of the property owner, we were surprised by the Boston traffic. The property is >15 min. outside of Boston, but the drive ranged from 35 - 60 depending on the time of day. Overall, this is a nice, clean property.
