This is a large 3 bedroom apartment with new kitchen and bath next to Sullivan Station, 3 min walk to T and bus hub. Only 10 min to Boston. 5 min T ride to TD garden. Easy access to Harvard, MIT, Assembly Square shops and restaurants, and Route 93. Parking for 1 car available. The house is very conveniently located close to the city but also exposed to traffic noise. Pack and Play is available.

Everything was as stated in the description. We experienced the traffic noise more acutely very early one morning because of water work being done right outside the property - which was out of control of the host.Everything else was top notch and the host was responsive and kind.And the plants were terrific!

Great Place to Stay

Apartment very clean and much roomier than the pictures show. Nice loft area with two of the three bedrooms up in that space - corkscrew staircase will take you up there. Close to the T orange line. Jurek very responsive even when I was having user error with the heating unit - responded within 5 minutes on a Friday after 9:30pm. Will definitely stay here again.

Boston weekend

Very nice apartment. Location was so convenient for taking the train into Boston. Off the main road so you definitely hear the road noise but it didn’t bother us. Nice tavern down the road if you need a local bite to eat. Would definitely stay there if in Boston area again.

Clean & Thoughtful

There's much to love about this property - it was very clean (no shoes inside!), comfortable beds, roomy sitting areas and kitchen, many cooking/eating and bathroom amenities provided, and gated private parking if needed. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. It's convenient to tourist attractions, yet removed from the congestion. We would stay here again.

Nice place close to T Station

Nice, clean place within a 5 minute walk from Sullivan Station and a nice Irish Pub. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to spread out if you are a big group. It is on a busy street so you do get some city noise. Being so close to the T Station was very handy. If we ever get back to Boston, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean place. Alot to do in the area. Only complaint was the steel plate outside that made noise whenever a vehicle drove over it. Not the fault of the owner just, bad timing. Overall a great stay. Thank you

Great Boston Apartment/Great Host

The apartment was great, extremely comfortable even for our group of five who were staying there for a graduation we had to attend in Cambridge.communication with Jerzy was fantastic. The rental was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and uncluttered. Kitchen had full facilities. Loved the plants! The location was perfect for catching the trains/busses. We were a little hesitant when we got off the highway, thinking we had perhaps put the wrong address in as it did not immediately seem like there were apartments, but drive past the train station and there it was. I would definitely rent this place again.

Roadtrip 2023

We spent about a month on the road visiting sights and going to baseball games. This stay was definately a bright spot on our trip. We used only the main floor, there is a spiral staircase to upper bedrooms, but we didn't need those as it was just the two of us. The space was very clean, well organzied and it was nice to have both a kitchen and laundry. The off street parking was a blessing as well. The location was easy to access transit as well as being picked up by Uber or Lyft. Thank you so much.

Right for us

This quirky second floor apartment was perfect for me, my husband and one adult son, who were attending events in Somerville and Cambridge over a weekend. It has all the key essentials: comfortable beds, great shower, clean, well-equipped if modest kitchen, and a thoughtful host. The host has carefully labeled the unexpected thresholds and dips between the main bedroom and the one bathroom, and the lighting was excellent. We three enjoyed conversations in the two sitting rooms and eating breakfast and one rainy night take out dinner together at the homey dining table. We considered it a great value in comparison to hotel prices and amenities. That said, less fit oldsters or larger families might have trouble sharing one bathroom, or negotiating the spiral stairs to the two other bedrooms.

Well maintained 3 bedroom unit in Boston

The place is very well maintained. The living room, the dining room and the bedrooms are all fine. The biggest pleasant surprises are the sun room and the kitchen. The latter is particularly sizable and fully equipped. If you are looking for a place that you can cook, this place is ideal. We can tell that the owner spends a lot of energy and thoughts in maintaining the apartment. Finally, the apartment is very close to a T stop, which is a great bonus. The only blemish is that the location is not particularly shop friendly. For example, there is not a supermarket nearby, even though there are convenience stores. But all in all, it is great value for money.

The place was easy to find, located near transportation and easily walkable to restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and has three bedrooms. The host was always available with any questions. And as an added bonus there is off street parking available. It was easy and safe to unload the car. We highly recommend this place to anyone considering it. And it's a lot less than a hotel room.

Stayed here one night to take in a Red Sox game. The train is close to the property for easy access. The property is close to a major highway and not much near by. Property manager/owner provided good communication. Would consider staying here again if the need arises. Very clean and nice inside.

Interesting property

While this is a 3 bedroom, 2 of them are up a tight spiral stairway. Only one bathroom also. property is on 2nd floor. Close to subway but otherwise neighborhood is not that great. Off street parking was great. Place was clean. We stayed 6 nights and he left 5 keurig coffee pods for us, wow. Kitchen was good. no drip coffee maker
