The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and air conditioning is functioning well. Parking was across the street but was safe and well policed.

My wife and I were very impressed with the condition of our room. It was clean and very much in order. The addition of a ceiling fan was a welcome surprise. The only issue was our mini fridge did not operate properly. Even at its coolest setting it didn’t keep our items cold. Small inconvenience but not a major problem. The staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely continue staying at this hotel. Keep up the great work!

I spent a dreamy week in Seattle and stayed at the Sorrento after a local friend recommended it. I was so impressed. Gorgeous room, lovely staff (thanks Myles!) and the perfect location. Highly recommended!

I really like this property. Everything was pristine and high quality. I would stay here again if given the opportunity. The free car service was super helpful for dropping us and our luggage at the nearest metro station. The gym equipment was brilliant too. One area of comment - we checked in when the adjoining bar DJ was playing very loud music. It felt like I was checking into a nightclub! I couldn't hear the receptionist very well which was a bit of a negative experience.
