"Stayed in room 107, it smelled bad. It smelled of septic tank. Couldn’t get a dinner reservation, that’s on us for not booking ahead, turns out that they had a few events and weren’t staffed appropriately as they did have about 6 tables empty. Because of that we were told that we couldn’t get room service either. Not really what I would expect from a 4* hotel. Internet is rather slow unless you are standing next to the door, the usb chargers only work off you have the lights on (can’t charge...

"A very pleasant B&B in Champagne region of France. The property was clean and the host welcoming. Very quiet village, with no restaurant or bars, and we weren't aware the host would cook meals on request. Our only complaints were not being able to eat in our room and new towels are required!
