Nice place, but grumpy staff with poor service
"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is ..."

"Die toll eingerichtete Wohnung war auch ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort.nach einem anstrengendem Tag.Leider konnten wir die schöne Außenanlage wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht genießen.Der Vermieter Herr Spurfeld stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche !"
