Would stay again!

Our stay was great! Easily located right next to old town and the train station. The manager was super nice and we had everything we needed for our stay access was a breeze. The property was very nicely decorated and the coffee was delicious.

Super clean. Excellent location within 3 mins walk of the main station. Holstentor just minutes away. Apartment had everything you'd need and was a generous size. We'd definitely return.

Trial and error

Really nice room with balcony, bathroom looked quite new, everything okay so far - but: the keyless entry system is a catastrophe! First it didn't work because we arrived an hour earlier than announced (better than expected traffic conditions). Had to call the service team, they arranged the access to the room. After we returned from dinner it didn't work again due to a system error. Trial and error, trial and error, trial and error ... and so on. Service hotline busy. Finally got instructions via WhatsApp how to pick up a key card from the safe in the lobby. That worked perfectly. Please Bob W. return to an old-fashioned key card system!

Lübeck Christmas Market visit

A nice, clean and comfortable hotel excellently located just five minutes walk from the railway station and 10 minutes from the city centre. Be aware that you need a smartphone/access to your email and internet in order to open your room! The optional breakfast was at a nice vegetarian cafe in the old city centre, but they don't open until 10:00! If that's not your thing then there is a nice bakery just around the corner from the hotel which opens at 07:00 each morning.

Be prepared for diffyculties getting to your room

The description on Hotels dot com says “reception open 24 hours” this is fake. This is a NO reception hotel. Doors at BOB W are opened from your phone and you are required to do online check-in before that works. Hotels dot com did not provide an online check-in link, and the phone number to “contact host” was invalid. And BOB W was inresponsive to requests via mail or via Hotels dot Com “contact host”. So we couldnt get in. Spent more than hour on that. I was i. A state of “we have been cheated” and was starting to look up alternatives. Extremely anoying situation. Why didnt BOB W send me the check-in link together with the welcome e-mail ? Standing in front of the hotel door was valid phone number and a friendly person helped. Once you have access it works ok, and the room itself was small but nicely renovated and clean.

Amazing apartments. So clean and modern and definitely took some tips to redecorate at home. Came complete with essentials and more. Absolutely perfect for our stay and exceeded our expectations!

This is a very stylish hotel and ideal for any travel influencer. (Each room comes with a Fuji Instax camera and one free roll of film.) The property is very close to the train station and in walking distance to Lübeck old town. Parking in front of the house is limited. The rooms get really hot during the summer months due to the lack of air conditioning. Communication with property manager via text message is a bit slow. The fact that the hotel has no reception makes it feel a bit impersonal.

Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse. Vi manglede en ekstra karklude og viskestykke. Der var kun 4 parkeringspladser til hele hotellet - men god vejledning om hvor man kunne parkerer mod betaling. Brandalarmen gik et sted på hotellet en aften, men der kom hurtigt en og fiksede det. Har kunne det være rart med en besked om hvad det handlede om?

Sehr schönes Apartment in bester Lage

Das Appartement liegt ideal für einen Besuch in Lübeck. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich das mit gebuchte Frühstück würde ich zukünftig auslassen. Man muss wissen, dass das Frühstück nicht im Hotel, sondern in Cafés in 15-20 Minuten Entfernung zu bekommen ist.
