Ich konnte die E-Mail mit dem Zugangscode zum Zimmer nicht finden auf dem Handy. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer auf dem Tresen hieß es: Der angerufene Teilnehmer möchte z. Zt. keine Gespräche entgegennehmen... Unschön. Dann wurde mir aber über WhatsApp (nur auf englisch möglich, für mich zum Glück kein Problem) relativ schnell geholfen. Leider bin ich von dem System, keine Rezeption zu haben, nach dieser Erfahrung nicht sehr angetan. Ansonsten bin ich sehr begeistert von diesem Hotel
