Excellent location. Easy to get to when travelling by car. Walking distance to the old city, restaurants etc. Apartment had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Be aware, the apartment has 3 levels. We highly recommend this place.

Great location. Very close to the old city, but still easy to get to if you are driving. Parking on the property was good for a small to medium size car. Walking distance to restaurants, attractions and small supermarkets. Apartment had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. Very comfortable for us, but be aware it has 3 levels with spiral stairs. We loved our stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus in Bosa war fantastisch! Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und in der Nähe der Burg. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos lokale Spezialitäten zubereiten konnten. Besonders genossen wir es, nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag im Wintergarten bei einem Glas Malvasia-Wein zu entspannen.

We komen aan in een volle straat, waar we niet direct het huisnummer van de accommodatie vinden. Gelukkig is de housekeeper telefonisch zo bereikt en komt ze naar buiten om ons te laten zien dat we in de voortuin kunnen parkeren. Ze leidt ons enthousiast door het huis en zegt dat we altijd bij haar kunnen aankloppen met vragen. Ze woont in het huis er naast. Het huis ligt aan de rand van het kleine plaatsje. Lopend door de middeleeuwse straatjes maken we kennis met een knus stadje.

Een warm ontvangst door Pietrina, een zeer vriendelijke buurvrouw en gastvrouw die alle tijd neemt om je vragen te beantwoorden en adviezen te geven. Ook het contact met de eigenaar loopt heel goed, eerlijk en correct. Het huisje ligt tegen de rand van het centrum van Bosa en loop je binnen 50 meter de meest mooie straat van Bosa in, waar tal van winkels, barretjes en restaurants te vinden zijn. Het huis is compleet en smaakvol ingericht. Alles is schoon en netjes afgewerkt. De indeling is bijzonder geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen die een eigen slaapkamer hebben. Het is duidelijk te zien dat er hard gewerkt wordt om de gasten het naar hun zin te maken. Tja, en dan het plaatjse Bosa. In 1 woord, schilderachtig. Al die typisch Italiaanse huisjes in alle mogelijke pasteltinten. Echt een plaatje. En het eten is er minstens zo goed. We hebben er een prachtige tijd gehad en komen er zeker nog een keertje terug. Top.

Wat was ik droevig dat ik terug naar huis moest Vanaf dag 1 voelde ik me daar thuis. Prima ontvangst van de gast vrouw. Heel proper en netjes en alles was zoals ik het me voorstelde en een zeer goede communicatie. Ibelvilla is weer een klant rijker. Ik ben heel tevreden. En het was een zeer fijne vakantie.

Der Empfang durch Pietrina / Houskeeper und Nachbarin war super freundlich. Auch der Kontakt zum Besitzer Alessandro hat per Email problemlos funktioniert. Prima Tips gabs per Mail. Schönes kleines Haus mit allem darin was man so braucht (ausser der Spülmaschine- das haben wir jedoch vorher gewusst) Bosa ist eine sehr schöne Kleinstadt wo sich das Ausgehen lohnt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Bestimmt kommen wir wieder.

Het huis is leuk ingericht, de huisbewaarster Pietrina is zeer behulpzaam als je vragen hebt. Het is wel jammer dat het slaapvertrek in het souterrain in open verbinding staat met de woonverdieping op de begane grond. Bosa is een leuk stadje, waar je binnen een paar minuten bent. Ook de rivier is dichtbij. Helaas ligt het huis erg dicht aan de weg en daar komt heel wat verkeer langs.

Bij aankomst werden wij opgewacht door de buurvrouw, die tevens schoonmaakster en sleutelbeheerder van het huisje was. Ze leidde ons rond. Helaas sprak ze geen Engels, maar met een beetje handen- en voetenwerk kwamen we er goed uit. Het huisje ligt net buiten de historische dorpskern aan een rustige weg niet ver van de rivier. Het huisje is keurig ingericht en ruim, met twee badkamers/toiletten en een mooie parkeerplek voor de auto. Alles is vrij nieuw en netjes. Het dorp Bosa is niet klein, zelfs vrij groot, en biedt veel restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Het is allemaal niet erg toeristisch, dus de openingstijden en sluitingstijden zijn onvoorspelbaar. Men opent en sluit als men zin heeft. Er zijn een paar supermarkten in het dorp en ook veel kleine levensmiddelenwinkels. Het dorp heeft een aantal pleintjes waarop je lekker kunt zitten mensen kijken. Op ongeveer drie kwartier lopen van het huisje is het strand met de strandtentjes van Bosa Marina. Met de auto ben je er binnen tien minuten. Hier is één en ander wat meer op toeristen ingericht. Het dorp Bosa is erg oud met kleine straatjes die erg hobbelig zijn. Hierdoor is het voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn ongeschikt. Het huisje trouwens ook, dat met drie verdiepingen en een trapje naar de voordeur niet rolstoelvriendelijk is.
