"Struttura veramente bella noi abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio in formula residence ,appartamento bello,curato nell'arredamento e pulitissimo. Posto dove poter trascorrere una piacevole vacanza nel relax ritrovando quiete e temperature freschissime . Di fronte alla struttura c'è l'hotel sempre gestito dagli stessi proprietari dove potersi appoggiare sia per la colazione che per il pranzo e la cena ma accanto ci sono altri 2 ristoranti con bar e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. "Old and nice house. Large kitchen. We dined outside all evenings, no problem with flies. We selected this house because enough beds had no footboard, which is a must for tall persons."

"Only stayed one night in a 3-person room. That style of room is sort of a 2-room setup (one big room divided by a wall that you walk around on one side). The far side of the wall (the sleeping area) does not have a dedicated A/C and required fans to stay cool. But the staff was very helpful in working that out. Free parking on site is always a HUGE added bonus with any location in Europe. Breakfast was included with our reservation and was just OK (I don’t think I would have paid for it had it not been included). The shower door setup looks like something you would put together from IKEA, but we were able to bathe well enough. Overall, no major issues here. Don’t go in expecting the Waldorf Astoria and you’ll be fine."

"The house and grounds are lovely, as is the surrounding area. The pool was wonderful, especially since we were there during a heatwave. There is no air conditioning, but there were fans, and opening the windows at night made it easy to sleep. It was an easy walk into the village of Pieve Fosciana which has bakeries, a grocer, a butcher, a gelateria, 2 bars and a nice restaurant. There are also several good supermarkets a short drive away, but it was nice to do local shopping in the village much of the time. The owner Flaviano is a lovely and generous person, as are his parents. He prepared a pizza night for us that was really a feast, with at least 5 different types of pizzas. He also brought us homemade prosecco, fresh baked bread and focaccia during the week. We were a family of 14 adults and 2 babies, so we were split into 4 apartments. Having a property divided into multiple apartments wasn’t ideal for us, but we made the compromise since we liked everything else about the place. There was limited space for all of us to hang out together indoors. Fortunately, outside there is a large covered dining table that we used, and other outside chairs. Also the main group kitchen is actually quite small for more than one or two people to prepare food, and has limited space to store food and other pantry products. But we made it work."
