"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"The owner made an incredibly sensitive reconstruction of the building that is placed in idyllic countryside. Two bedrooms and the two-floored living room that includes the full equipped kitchen make you feel very comfortable and airy. Old beams and pure and minimalistic style meet naturally. "Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kĂŒmmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten GĂ€ste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und FrĂŒhstĂŒcken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"We spent 2 weeks in August 2023 in this holiday home. It is clean, light and well equipped. Everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture inside and outside. The garden is large, so nice for children to play in and also one can sit in the sun or outside of it. The view is lovely. Two toilets are nice. The shower had enough power and is not small. The sauna was also a great extra in this house. The WiFi worked perfectly, but the request on the paper...
