"Large hotel, only stayed for 2 nights on business trip. Breakfast good although food runs out before end of time slot."

"Really convenient location- we were obviously close enough to airport for easy reach, but also train into centre from here for Christmas markets was super easy. Lovely staff and great barman got us far too merry! "

"Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre."

"Staying at the hotel was challenging because I didn’t fully understand how things worked. Reception was not 24 hours so that made it challenging and when I did talk to someone at the front desk. He talked down to me and said “read, read everything its’s in the hotel on a qr code!!” The qr code was really tiny and when I put my bag on the table, I didn’t even see it until after he talked to me and I went searching for it. Also the tv never worked. And the water in the shower turned iced cold and reception was closed. "

"Good points, Very clean, good breakfast ( but hot option limited), very friendly & helpful staff. Bad points, Long distance from main road to hotel entrance,( uphiill all the way to reception), no lift from drive to reception (2 flights of steps to carry all yiur luggage up ) NO restaurant or snack bar available on sunday ,So NO food available, no Bar...So no drinks available, only vending machine , crisps & chocolate. Ive NEVER stayed in a hoktel with NO facilities offered to residents on sunday. Long walk frommain road to hotel reception & ALL uphill on entrance. NO lift to reception, 2 flights of steps to carry all lugage up."

"Room was oredered with 3 beds and we get with 2. The biggest and totally unaceptable was lack of heating. Was cold in room. "

"Fully equipped house, has everything one needs as well as great area for activities (table tennis, darts, fussball, billiards table), very well equipped and situated kitchen in a very rural and calm place."
