"Very smooth stay with no problems, staff keen to help and when asked to do something they obliged. All I really needed was a bed and breakfast for three nights and this hotel ticked all the boxes."

"We enjoyed being in the center of this charming Grafrather marketplace. We were upgraded to a lovely room and the breakfast was excellent though they charged us 6 euros additionally for "breakfast beverages" when only regular coffee and juices were served. Would be better to just increase the breakfast price and have it include the beverages. We could have used hooks in the bathroom for clothing, etc. but otherwise a very comfortable room and stay."

"The location is a rough neighborhood, next to the central train & bus station. There are a lot of street people around, and a lot of car and bus traffic. The windows (5th floor) were locked closed. It had no frills at all, but it was clean enough. It's a budget option, but adequate."
