Nous avons été déçus à notre arrivée par la propreté et l équipement de la location.
les sanitaires étaient extrêmement sales, le micro-ondes n avait pas été nettoyé et dégageait de mauvaises odeurs.
Le rideau de douche HS et bricolé avec de la ficelle. Le pommeau de douche est à changer. La table de salon est bacale. Une fiche électrique est dangereuse car cassée. Le détecteur de fumée s est déclenché car périmé depuis 4 ans. Decoration à revoir.

Renovierungsbedürftig, ungepflegt
Die Wohnung entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Küche, Bad, Geschirr, musste von uns grundgereinigt, werden. War eingestaubt und teilweise noch Essensrückstände am Geschirr. Zusätzlich war es sehr ärgerlich, dass nahezu täglich, Renovierungsarbeiten, an den übrigen Wohnungen, im Haus stattfanden. Auch abends und Nachts, teilweise starke Lärmbelästigung, durch Anwohner. Können diese Wohnung, keinesfalls weiter empfehlen.

Il manque une hotte d'aspiration à la cuisine et un buffet au dessus de l'évier, changer les poignées du meuble sous le micro-ondes. A la salle de bain, changer la robinetterie du lavabo qui fuit. Installer un support de douche et un rideau.

Des améliorations seraient souhaitables
L'appartement ne nous a pas semblé très pratique: pas de plan de travail ou de table dans la cuisine, pas de rideau de douche, clic-clac peu confortable. Ensemble propre malgré la tapisserie de la pièce principale qui mériterait un rafraîchissement. Nous avons apprécié la situation proche de la mer et des commerces, le calme et le parking. Nous trouvons excessif le prix du ménage et que celui-ci soit imposé.
