Déçue

J’ai connu bcp mieux pour du belambra cette fois ci était la 3eme fois et très déçue. Du bungalow fournies sortant de l’évier plus évier bouché et très humide !! Puis les dames d’entretien le jour du départ à 10h nous étions entrain de finaliser notre départ et elles nous ont bien fait comprendre qu’il fallait dégages !!

Nuy buena opción de alojamiento.

La recepción y la atención del personal ha sido muy buena. Las instalaciones generales están muy buen, como la piscina la recepción y las zonas comunes. Los senderos de acceso a los bungalows necesitan un poco más de atención y que no sean solo fruto del paso de los huéspedes, ya que los caminos asfaltados no dan acceso a todos los bugalows. La iluminación es sostenible, pero algo escasa. En cuanto a los alojamientos, tienen todas las comodidades, el aire acondicionado por ejemplo y el wifi individualizado están muy bien, pero la limpieza es un poco superficial, y sobre todo, hay algunos aspectos que precisan una actualización, como la zona de cocina, con algún electrodoméstico un poco más actual y eficiente. El caso de la placa de cocina es muy ilustrativo, ya que es un equipo de hace más de 15 años. Todo lo demás recomendable para volver.

Tout le personnel que ce soit les animateurs, le personnels du restaurants ou ceux de la réception sont très accueillants, gentils et toujours serviables !! Merci à eux pour ça ! En revanche, arrêtez votre partenariat avec la navette pour l’aéroport. On m’avait prévenu qu’ils étaient toujours en retard de 10-15 min mais là j’ai eu attendre une demie heure avant qu’il n’arrive. J’ai eu tout juste mon vol ! Pour le reste de mon séjour tout s’est bien passé ! Merci à vous !

Club avec des points positifs et négatifs. Nous sommes une famille de 3 personnes partie en vacances fin juillet/ début août. Les points négatifs : - beaucoup trop de moustiques durant l'été (les espaces ne sont pas traités), prévoyez un budget pour les produits après piqûres. - problème de réseau même si les codes wifi sont vendus à la réception - les allées ne sont pas toutes éclairées pour rejoindre les hébergements Les points positifs : - l'accueil des professionnels - la proximité des commerces - le buffet à volonté basique - les activités proposées pour les enfants - la réactivité des salariés lorsqu'il y a des réparations à faire (fuite de la chasse d'eau)
