Nice welcome and OK for a night or two.
Just an overnight before our week long villa rental elsewhere, but was OK. Room a bit squashed as there were 3 foldable beds put in, along with the usual double. I had emailed in advance to tell of later evening arrival and asked for sandwiches in the room, which were ready and waiting for us along with a fruit bowl. Hotel very quiet and restaurant was actually closed as the owners were apparently getting married the next day so staff all left for a night out around 10pm. But, we had everything we needed so not a problem and obviously not the norm. Breakfast OK next day, continental style. Reasonable value, but I wouldn't say this hotel has best location (next to a main road with no real accessible area around it) although the town is just 5mins drive. But, welcoming staff and overall OK.

Per la zona posticino carino. Purtroppo la notte è stata un incubo per via delle numerose zanzare in camera che hanno compromesso il riposo. Condizionatore orientato male e con aria addosso

Salve gentile Massimo, mi spiace per l'inconveniente delle zanzare, essendo in collina, può succedere che d'estate ci siano, anche se nelle aree comuni abbiamo gli anti-zanzare elettrici per ulteriore sicurezza. In ogni caso ci è stato segnalato soltanto adesso da lei questo disagio e non da nessun altro ospite, perciò mi coglie un po' di sorpresa. Cordiali saluti

Estadía muy grata, atención personalizada
El hotel está bien ubicado con entornos hermosos. La atención del personal fue increíble nos solucionaron cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. El desayuno muy rico acompañado de huevos de verdad(no de caja) y un café exquisito. También nos ayudaron con mapas y que ver en la zona.

fantastic exsperience, pet friendly!
it was a pleasant experience, the Milano hotel is very welcoming and clean, also suitable for those traveling with their dog, beautiful breakfast on the terrace with a fantastic view, convenient location close to all services. I recommend it to everybody!!!

Overordnet set var det super fint. Servicen og maden var i top, men hvordan kan man tillade sig at skrive, at der forekommer en pool på sæsonbasis, når denne ikke eksisterer? (Vi er der trods alt i højsæsonen) Vi valgte hotellet grundet jeres beskrivelse (på jeres hjemmeside) om, at der befandt sig en pool, men da dette ikke var tilfældet endte opholdet med udtjekning før tid.

Accogliente. Struttura gestita molto bene.
Hotel inserito in un contesto molto gradevole della Garfagnana. Massima cortesia da parte del personale. Camera buona, pulizia ottima. Servizi bagno appena rinnovati. Ottimo il servizio ristorante. Ci tornerò.

ero un pò dubbiosa nel prenotare per il prezzo molto basso rispetto ad altri hotel nella zona ma si è rivelato un hotel molto pulito, personale gentilissimo e camere recentemente rinnovate.

Hotel semplice ma gradevole
Hotel con annesso ristorante, entrambi gestiti in stile conduzione familiare. Personale, cortese e disponibile, senza formalismi, ma gradevole nel rapporto albergatore-cliente . Un po' di confusione nella gestione amministrativa del check-out e per piccoli inconvenienti, dovuti forse ad inesperienza.Ho avuto un problema con la doccia ed il pavimento della camera non mi è piaciuto. Ambiente pulito. Camera praticamente senza armadio. Consigliato, in particolare per lavoro.
