About this property

Le Sauvage - Au coeur du quartier St Pierre

  • Cocoonr is pleased to offer this magnificent flat for two people, situated on the 3rd floor (no lift) in an early 19th-century stone building, right in the heart of the St Pierre district, the historic centre of Bordeaux. Le Sauvage has just been completely renovated with taste and elegance. The location is ideal, just 100 metres from Rue Sainte-Catherine and 100 metres from Place de la Bourse, ensuring an unforgettable stay in Bordeaux.
Le Sauvage is fully furnished and equipped so that all you need to do is drop off your bags and enjoy every comfort.
Le Sauvage offers you all the comfort and charm of life in Bordeaux.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights)

Very well-equipped, this flat is situated on the 3rd floor and is accessed via a beautiful stone staircase. Just a short walk from Place Camille Julian, Rue Sainte Catherine, shops and all public transport links, the flat is laid out as follows:
    - A spacious entrance hall with a cupboard
    - A lovely, light-filled living room featuring a flat-screen TV, a very comfortable sofa and a dining table for four people
    - A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals: fridge, induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a wide range of kitchen utensils.
    - A lovely bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and a large wardrobe
    - A bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer

For your convenience, you’ll also have access to a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Place Camille Julian was opened in 1934 within the dense urban fabric of the city centre. It was decided not to subdivide or rebuild the space left vacant by the demolition of the dilapidated block.
An underground car park was built beneath the square in 1989. The construction work provided an opportunity for archaeological excavations, which shed light on the history of urban development in the neighbourhood. It was renovated in 2000 as part of the World Heritage programme, under which the city was inscribed in 2007.
Café and restaurant terraces occupy part of the square.
The Utopia cinema, formerly the Church of Saint-Siméon, which was converted first into a garage and then into a theatre, is situated on the square.

    Public transport:
A few metres from the flat
    - Tram C (‘Place de la Bourse’ stop) takes you directly to the station in 15 minutes
    - Tram B (‘Opéra’ stop)
    - Tram A (‘Place du Palais’ stop)
