- We've designed this Italian-style villa to be open, bright and very comfortable. The large bedrooms invite you to relax, while the kitchen, living room and bar create an atmosphere of togetherness and natural warmth.
The villa's organised around large, spacious bedrooms, a living room that opens onto the kitchen, and a bar that brings energy to the entire space. Here you'll find a setting designed so that everyone can feel at ease, whether you're with family or friends.
The 800 m² courtyard opens onto a small wooded area and provides access to the river, just 60 metres away, behind the large wrought-iron gate. Enjoy the large swimming pool, the pétanque court, the ping-pong table, the children’s playground, and the two fountains. An aviary housing 30 small parrots rounds out this generous outdoor space.
In the surrounding area, you can explore the Saint-Émilion vineyards, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as Bordeaux and its Port de la Lune. The Arcachon Basin, the Dune du Pyla, and Cap Ferret are also worth visiting if you love the ocean and beaches.
