Shady garden of 800 m2, not overlooked. 1st rental in 2022. 2 bedrooms on ground floor with bathroom, new kitchen, 2 very large bedrooms with shower room upstairs (master suites). Two shaded areas for meals. Garden area. Various relaxation areas. Shade and sun.

Maison trÚs agréable, bien équipée et propriétaire trÚs sympathique, le plus : chacun a son intimité ! Nous avons pu profitez de la piscine mais une bùche pour la nuit serait un plus ! Le centre du village est super sympa, le marché du vendredi propose des produits incroyables. la région est magnifique, nous avons fait Bordeau, Lacanau, et le Cap Féret de trÚs bonne vacances

Jolie maison bien dĂ©corĂ©e et fonctionnelle avec une belle terrasse bien Ă©quipĂ©e et une piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous avons pu rayonner (en voiture) facilement dans la rĂ©gion. Le centre du village est accessible Ă  pieds. Les propriĂ©taires ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs arrangeants et rĂ©actifs. Petit point d’amĂ©lioration Ă  envisager : des lits modulables en 2 lits simples ou 1 lit double. Nos amis avec 1 fils et 1 fille adolescents ne voulaient pas dormir ensemble. Le matelas fourni par les propriĂ©taires nous a sauvĂ©! Pour l’instant il n’y a que des lits doubles ce qui pourrait freiner certains locataires. Sinon petit bĂ©mol sur la propretĂ© de la cuisine, probablement due Ă  sa vĂ©tustĂ©, elle doit ĂȘtre refaite en septembre 22. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passĂ© de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison, idĂ©alement dimensionnĂ©e pour nous (nous Ă©tions 8 = 4 adultes et 4 ados/prĂ©-ados) L’extĂ©rieur est une vĂ©ritable invitation Ă  la dĂ©tente : jeux ou relaxation dans la piscine, farniente dans le coin canapĂ©, partage d’un apĂ©ro au bar ou d’un repas Ă  8 sur la grande table, plancha 
 les possibilitĂ©s sont nombreuses. La communication avec l’intĂ©rieur est fluide et mĂȘme pendant cette pĂ©riode de canicule, le rez-de-chaussĂ©e a gardĂ© sa fraĂźcheur. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, mĂȘme si certains Ă©lectromĂ©nagers et finitions mĂ©riteraient d’ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©s Nous avons pu faire de belles visites dans la rĂ©gion Ă  partir de ce point (vous pouvez rejoindre Lacanau, Arcachon, la Dune du Pila, Cap Feret, Soulac-sur-mer 
 en 45 Ă  90mn de voiture et Bordeaux et les chĂąteaux sont tout proches) Pour toutes ces raisons, ainsi que pour l’accueil et la disponibilitĂ© de Christophe et Isabelle, nous recommandons cette location.
