The cons (out of town centre industrial estate location, shared bathrooms, generally basic etc) were fairly priced in so this exceeded my expectations as very clean, well maintained, good water pressure and small but comfortable enough rooms)

Good value for RWC23 - but far from city centre
Friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised with room, clean, comfortable bed + space, air-conditioning, ok shower. For the price it was perfect. Only issue was the distance from town centre.

For the price we paid, very nice. We had room with private bathroom. Room is very small, bathroom as well. But, that’s the concept of this hotel, and that’s why the prices are less. It was clean, and the staff was very nice. 5 stars!

Can't really complain for £32 a night with breakfast. Clean basic room. Good WiFi. Basic breakfast. Bus 28 or 45 stops 5 mins away & brings you to St Pierre bridge in town. Just don't expect anything fancy. 6.5/10

The description claims this place has been refurbished but that must have been some time ago. Facilities were shabby and well worn. We upgraded to the cabrio room, with a private bathroom. The cabrio room was tiny. I’ve seen bigger bathrooms in camper vans and the aircon was barely adequate. It was also located on what looks like an industrial estate. We stayed in many F1s and generally like them but this one is best avoided.

This property was a joke, no bathrooms inside the room. Room was so small, no space for my stuff. Far from the city, not even the Uber want it to go there. Location terrible. Staff were nice but the hotel the worse I seen ever !!!! Will not recommend it at all to no one .

Mais depuis 2018 nous vous proposons, notre toute nouvelle chambre CABRIO avec Douche et WC dans votre chambre. Sachez que nous sommes présent 24h/24 pour vous aider ou répondre à toutes vos questions. Nous contrôlons les chambres chaque jour afin de vous garantir un bon séjour. Si nous avons fait une erreur, nous vous présentons toutes nos excuses. A proximité de l'hôtel, vous trouverez un arrêt de bus pour aller en toute simplicité à Bordeaux ou vous rendre à la Gare Saint Jean. En voiture, un parking TRAM se trouve à 2mn, ensuite visitez notre belle ville de Bordeaux en toute simplicité Nous espérons vous revoir Cordialement

Clean and good service. Well worth the price for a
I was expecting own toilet/shower but they were pods out side the rooms. Was given room change as someone had obviously been smoking in the room. So service was good. There are no restaurants near to the hotel but we had food delivered and there are some small dishes available from the reception. Looked like microwave food. Breakfast st for €5 was adequate

The conditions of the room is excellent for the price you get. There is a language barrier with staff and the lady in the evening who was grumpy and was not even able to help with wifi but the lady in the morning was super helpful and even printed out my boarding pass for me which was very kind of her

Good value for money
Nice clean place, good value for money. A bit out of town with no transit options. The walls are very thin, easy to hear everything in the hallways from rowdy groups coming back to late night phone calls.

TURN BACK!
BEWARE! The pictures and descriptions of this hotel are far from reality. Without a car you have to walk an extremely long way (at least 30 min) through a bad part of town just to get into the city center. Speaking of the walk, we had to hop scotch our way to the door because there was piles of feces, yes poo all over. In regards to the service we experienced an unwelcoming and quite uncooperative employee at the front desk. As we looked around the lobby our eyes went straight to the buffet breakfast...or should I say counter of crumbs. There was one container of stale cereal, a basket of old bread and a coffee machine. Overall I would say you get extremely less for the amount paid. We actually ended up turning back and booking another hotel in the city because we felt unsafe, far away from the city, and ultimately extremely unwelcomed.

Motorway service station style accommodation, with hostel style facilities. 30 minute walk away from civilization. Ok if your driving and looking for a bed for the night. Otherwise not so good. Small cramped, rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Hot and stuffy without air con. Smelly and dirty shared toilets. Not somewhere id stay again.

Pretty bad location behind a warehouse of some sorts, no air conditioning (if you think you can survive, think again), called a hotel when it's REALLY a communal shower/W.C hostel very misleading to us. Also think the water from the sink made us sick!

Good but not Perfect
The room was basic, but priced accordingly, so was as expected. The location was grim. It was a 25 min walk to the train station, 40 mins to the city centre. That is fine, but walking back at night felt quite dark and lonely. They only supplied 2 small handtowels, so I had to use my own to take a shower. The wifi was very unstable - it kept dropping the connection every 10 mins. The breakfast is only cereal, croissant, jam, coffee and juice, but is all-you-can-eat and good value at 3.15 euros.

you get what you pay for
What do you expect of an F1? its as basic as possible, just treat it as somewhere to lay your head overnight and it will do the job. Its probably the cheapest accomadation close to the nice areas of the city, but 'close' is relative as its a fair trek by foot through a dingy nieghbourhood (on the east side of the river anyway) till you get to the good bits, or you can drive and suffer the traffic jams, bizzare junction layouts and the interminable quest for a parking space. The receptionist was very nice....

Hotel located in a run down area close to the river, but near the centre of the city. Surprised to find we had no ensuite facilities and had to share the toilet and shower with other residents. However, this may have been our fault for looking at price rather than facilities. That said for a one night stay the hotel met our basic needs.

Way out of town in an industrial area with infrequent buses. A long lonely approach road, no immediate facilities in the area. Room very basic with shared shower/ wc. Flourescent light in room, no lamps. TV. Very clean, pleasant staff - no frills at all! Economical.

Cheap and cheerful, clean and friendly, allows pets, set on an industrial park but close to the river and good access to motorways. Good base as a pitstop.

Sono rimasto deluso, il personale non era all'altezza,,la camera non aveva ne asciugamani ne sapone eppure c'era un lavandino in camera, per di piu il personale della struttura dopo un discussione il perche non c'erano li asciugamani si è arrabbiato e non voleva nemmeno darmeli a pagamento mi ha minacciato addirittura che chiamava la polizia,, assurdo!!!!

Chambre pas très grande lais correcte par contre lumiere du dehors qui passe a travers du seul rideau de la fenêtre, lumiere du couloir qui reste allumée toute la nuit et qui passe sous la porte,ventilation du bac a douche qui fait du bruit toute la nuit,détecteur de fumées au plafond qui clignote blanc toute la nuit. Conclusion,nous avons passé une mauvaise nuit,nous ne renouveleront pas un hebergement chez vous.

Séjour horrible!! L'hôtel est vétuste, l'odeur nauséabonde qui y règne donne envie de vomir. "Problème de manque de personnel" m'a-ton dit... Dans les douches communes, on trouve de tout... y compris des draps, du papier toilette... Pas de serviettes dans la chambre! On m'informe que ce n'est pas fourni dans le type de chambre que j'ai réservé. Je montre ma réservation sur Hotels.com qui précise bien que les serviettes sont fournies. Je suis accusé d'avoir trafiqué des photos pour essayer d'obtenir des serviettes. À force d'insistance, je finis par obtenir que la réceptionniste me fournisse une serviette. En réalité, une sorte de vieux torchon informe à l'odeur et la propreté incertaines... Malgré tout, et c'est le seul point positif, le personnel est relativement sympathique. On sent bien qu'ils surexploités, abandonnés à eux-mêmes et qu'ils font ce qu'ils peuvent. J'aurais honte d'être le patron de cet hôtel! Cela mérite clairement un passage des services sanitaires! Et une visite de l'URSAFF pour vérifier les conditions de travail du personnel! Vous qui lisez ce commentaires, fuyez!!! Vous ai-je dit que l'hôtel se trouvait au milieu d'une zone presque désaffectée où l'on ne se sent franchement pas rassuré?

Séjour agréable, confort moyen ds le sens où il faut parfois attendre pour aller aux toilettes ou a la douche. L hôtel est située ds une zone industrielle, ne rien attendre du paysage en conséquence !
