Nestled just steps from Place Gambetta, this bright apartment puts you right at the heart of Bordeaux. The Basilica of Saint-Seurin, Saint-André Cathedral, the Pey Berland Tower, the Dijeaux Gate, the Museum of Decorative Arts… the city's most beautiful landmarks are all within walking distance. Bars, restaurants, and the Mériadeck shopping centre — home to the largest hypermarket in the city centre and a UGC cinema — complete this perfectly located setting.

The apartment
On the first floor of a typically Bordeaux stone building dating back to before 1900, this apartment exudes authentic charm. The building's walls are adorned with ink paintings and calligraphy, creating a unique atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
Inside, everything is designed with your comfort in mind: a warm, light-filled living space, a separate desk area for working in peace, and a quality sofa bed (Karup Design, 14 cm mattress) should you wish to accommodate an extra guest — please mention this at the time of booking.
Families with babies are very welcome: a travel cot, baby seat, bath lounger, toys, and books are all available.

Arrival & access
Two options depending on your arrival time:

Before 11 pm: let us know 30 minutes in advance and we'll remotely unlock the door as soon as you arrive.
After 11 pm: contact us a few days before your arrival to receive the access codes and enter independently via an app. The key will be left in the living room.

Getting here:
🛫 From Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport (~40 min): take tram line F to Mériadeck, then a 450 m walk.
🚆 From Saint-Jean train station (~20 min): bus lines 1 or G directly to Saint-Seurin, 50 m from the apartment.

Parking:
The Gambetta car park is a 3-minute walk away. The standard parking rate is €24/day, but we can provide you with a card giving access at €10/day, subject to availability. Please ask us if you are interested in this card so we can check whether it is available. On-street parking is free from 7 pm to 9 am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. There are also free parking spots on smaller streets a 20–30 minute journey by public transport — and central Bordeaux is very easily enjoyed without a car!

Good to know
The apartment is located on a quiet and safe street. As with many older buildings in the city centre, soundproofing between units is imperfect, but this rarely proves to be an issue. Earplugs are available if needed.
