    The neighborhood is bordered by Cours Georges Clémenceau and Place Tourny, forming the prestigious Golden Triangle with Place de la Comédie, Place des Quinconces, and the Grand Théâtre.
    Nearby, the Place des Grands Hommes, a neoclassical quarter, reflects the new urban vision that emerged after the French Revolution.

    From Mérignac Airport: Take tram A or bus 1 to Gambetta Mériadeck, then walk approximately 12 minutes.
    From Gare Saint-Jean: Take tram C to the Quinconces stop, then walk approximately 4 minutes.
    Street parking is free from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
    The ""Clémenceau-Auditorium"" public car park is located 50 metres from the apartment (paid parking).

Bit disappointed

89 steps to get to the Property! 5th floor. Very clean and tidy apartment Late arrival concierge Loïc was fantastic - lovely helpful young man No toilet paper. One bed was hard as a rock. Only one 2-seater couch. Only one bed made up despite 3 guests. Water pressure in Shower non existent Floor boards in toilet creaky - wakes the whole house up in middle of night! However, nice central location. About 30 min walk to quay and town centre. Safe area. Loïc made our stay worthwhile. Incredibly helpful and friendly

Nous avons été déçu par les frais additionnels non mentionnés dans l'annonce booking. Frais de ménage de 50 euros, frais de gestion pour la caution de 5 euros, frais pour une arrivé après 20h30 10 euros. Très beau logement tout de même mais nous reviendrons pas car trop de désagréments et surprises après réservation.
