We had to switch rooms because our AC was not working. In the new room the bathroom was dirty and the shower had cracks in it. Hard to get an Uber out to the hotel, so recommend having your own car. Got the breakfast once, but quantity of food (food not restocked) was limited.

Very very smelly shower drain & reception says: so
Hotel Reception seems to be run by untrained children & their response to Room 22 shower drain being foul smelling was: "so what". Their response to wanting to speak to the Manager was: "he's not available but here's his phone number"- to people who're on holiday!! Never again.

Near Bordeaux
Journeying through France, I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the main southerly route, and not in the town of Bordeaux. We walked to a pizzaria and both thoroughly enjoyed their products

Great location on the Voie Verte and so easy to cycle into Bordeaux and in the other direction into the country side, vineyards etc. Parking very easy and close to motorways. Pool was excellent. Property well maintained and clean, staff very friendly. Room was good.

Nice place to stop over
Located very near the motorway (not right beside it though) so very useful if needing a stop over on route. Lovely, clean and friendly. Great recommendations from staff for local restaurants within walking distance. Parking was secure and locked overnight.

Quiet. Very clean. Great breakfast. Incredibly difficult to find with our GPS. Navigated us to a pedestrian only bridge then to a close by street of the same name as our hotel. After an overnight flight, this proved to be extra challenging. Worth it when we got there.

Abit far out if u won’t to drink and party and taxis or Uber’s don’t like to go 7km out of town. Nice place value for money. If y have a car and travelling around ok , about 30min easy bike ride into the city of Bordeaux but don’t leave your bikes in there over night. Pool was a bonous after a day out of sight seeing . Water pressure good in hotel, bed a little hard but ok, nice clean room with balcony. Fridge and kettle in room was a bonous, aircon Also worked well.

For the bikes we have a special parking under camera + safe locker inside, we do not have any kind of stealing since the hotel is open. Finally has you can see on Expedia minimap, the hotel is exactly 7.1 kms from the center, that's why we do not pretend to be located on the center on all our websites. PAS DE PERSONNEL en Salle - PAS DE CARRELAGE ds DOUCHE sans prévenir en donnant la clé - Très Vieilles et grosses toiles d’araignée sur volet roulant vu intérieur chambre. 三ツ星ホテルにしては部屋のアメニティや設備は整っていたと思います。 掃除も行き届いていて申し分ないです。 朝食は普通。 ただ立地が良いとは言えない。何故なら周辺には何も無く、レストランを探すのに大変苦労した。 車無しでは不可能の立地。

clim cassée, 22h30 fermeture reception, pt dej nul
erreur dans les reservations, pourtant reconfirmées, sur Hotels.com et aussi en direct sur l'email de l'hotel. Ma chambre, clim cassée, par 37° dehors. les salles de bain vetustes avec les peintures qui partent "en croute". plus aucune personne à la reception à partir de 10h30, seule une permanence téléphonqie...qui repond que personne ne peut rien le soir...attendre le lendemain! le buffet du petit dej ridicule et déjà vide à 8h30. pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles

Un hôtel à éviter
La liste est malheureusement longue... Pour faire simple et rapide: un personnel avec aucune implication (sur le téléphone portable ou à discuter dés que possible), un petit déjeuner au milieu des plateaux non débarrassés et des ustensiles ou produits manquants (la jeune femme discute avec sa copine de l'accueil...), des poubelles qui débordent à l'entrée (signalé mais 1h30 après en sortant de la chambre elles étaient toujours pleines...), des serviettes et draps tout le long de la journée dans le couloir, les draps pas changés en 4 jours, le kit d'accueil (dosettes café...etc) oubliées... et j'en passe. L'hôtel essaye de se montrer sous son meilleur jour au travers de la photo du site mais la réalité est bien différente question entretien et parties communes. En photos la vue de notre chambre sur le local technique (espace aussi où certains personnel se "cachent" pour fumer une cigarette sur les tables extérieures des chambres) et draps/serviettes laissées depuis 9h le matin jusqu'à 22h lors de notre retour devant chaque chambre. incroyable.

Cher Mr Camguilhem,Comme nous avons pu vous expliquer à la réception à plusieurs reprises : nous faisons de notre mieux malgré la pénurie de personnel dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie restauration.Nous allons également prendre le temps de répondre point par point à vos commentaires.Après visionnage des caméras toutes les serviettes et draps sales avaient disparu avant 14h30 et nos linges de lits sont changés aux 3ème jour comme l’atteste nos relevés de linge. Comme son nom l’indique le café d’accueil est mis en place à votre arrivé, il n’est pas sensé y avoir un quelconque réassort, il en va de même pour la bouteille d’eau qui vous est offerte en chambre.En effet nos fumeurs n’ont pas pour habitude de prendre leur pause à la vue des clients et essaient de cacher au plus leurs présences afin que vous puissiez voir le moins de personnel œuvrant possible.Nous possédons actuellement plus de 180 avis avec une moyenne de 9/10, nous sommes donc étonnés que votre avis puisse diverger à ce point.En espérant avoir répondu à toutes vos interrogations.
