All good

Great location, right on the harbour. We had a small balcony where we could watch the ships go by. Room was quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well.

Certainly the best Best Western I have stayed at. Nice design and clean. Right by the river, so if you reserve a river view room, you get a nice view. The restaurant also overlooks the river and it's a great way to start with breakfast. Just a few steps walk to a string of nice restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Arrived late room all ready and no hassles, breakfast very nice checkout painless.

Staff is friendly and welcoming; good sauna and pool facilities; very good experience in in-house wellbeing centre (facial and hot stone massage); the breakfast buffet is to die for
