We were assisted all the way starting from the airport pick up to hotel drop off – they have their own fleet of vans/speed boat which facilitates the process of reaching the property with ease. They take care of guests’ registration, payment of mandatory fees etc. – you don’t have to worry about a thing. We were pampered by most staff wherever we go, may it be in the restaurant, the lobby, pool, front desk, lounge area. They attended to ALL of our needs which is above and beyond their roles (the staff even accompanied us to the nearby Palawan Express). It’s hard to leave the hotel because the entire property is impressive and stunning that we do not feel the need to go elsewhere and we just preferred to stay within the vicinity.
Complimentary service of popcorn and soft served ice cream was a big plus too! Pool water was warm and enjoyable for those who find the beach water quite cold. We also took advantage of the game room – we played table tennis and there were other recreational games/activities such as PlayStation, foosball, board games etc.What stood out the most is the genuine and proactive customer service. Most staff are very accommodating – shout out to Ben, the beach butler who was very attentive to guests’ needs from setting up the beach mat and towels to serving cold water. To Chami and She at the restaurant who paid attention to our requests and to Randy who did an excellent job training the staff.
