"Clean room. Breakfast was over priced. 16/person for hardly any variety. 14$ for 2 coffees. Loud machines from maintenance working outside. (Had trouble sleeping)The fridge and AC units were extremely loud and annoying so we had to turn them off. Staff was very professional and nice."

Es hermoso, limpio, con acceso directo al mar, ¡y rodeado de restaurantes especializados en deliciosas comidas típicas! 😋 El ambiente es lo suficientemente tranquilo para poder descansar, pero suficientemente activo para no resultar aburrido. Tara, nuestra anfitriona, tiene la combinación perfecta: ¡amabilidad y profesionalismo! Nos gustó tanto quedarnos aquí que antes de completar esta estadía ya estábamos tratando de reservar otra para el próximo año. ¡Qué bueno es tener lugares de este tipo en la Isla, que proveen excelentes servicios vacacionales a precios razonables!"

"Great hotel the BEST PLACE TO STAY AT COMBATE BEACH in Puerto Rico !!!! This one my favorite one and can’t wait to stay again!! Room a super clean and comfortable place, very high end, with a great location from a couple of steps “literally “ to the beach. Costumes Service TOP NOCTH !! Staff are all on board with you since you check in in all aspects in what you need. We very grateful with Mr . Angel. He best in Responsible for guest check-in, check-out, and guest services. And experience in the hospitality industry in essential !!! This is hospitality management is often preferred for a great Hotel . Strong communication, leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency in property management systems are highly valued . And specifically Oversees all daily hotel operations . As a business traveler who has stayed at many hotels, this one caught my attention .. The hotel’s location was amazing … This hotel treated me and wife with care and made feel extremely safe…. P. S. "The property itself was nice; however, there were a lot of things that were upsetting and misleading about the listing. To start, you're basically surrounded by trailers, So if you expect any form of privacy in the pool, or just outside the home, it won't happen. Aside from check-in,We didn't hear from the property owners/management, even after several messages being sent to them. The messages were never answered.The day of checkout, after we were back home,we received checkout instructions.It took a lot of different keys to get in and out of the property, and the gate only having a code to open it all the way upstairs in the house is annoying. The day we arrived, we were unable to find the pack n play, which, after traveling since 2 am with 3 children 1 being a toddler and the other being a 5-month-old, all you want to do is get them to bed at 9pm. We could not find the wifi password and when we did, it was poor and the kids could not watch anything on the days we were stuck in the house ( which was 5 out of our 7 days due to rain). And I could not answer work messages. Things in the home are either outdated or broken, like the coffee maker. All the writing was erased, so you can't figure out on/off brew etc. Saw there was a Moka pot, so we decided to use that instead, but couldn't because it had no handle. The grill outside is rusted so whatever you're grilling falls all onto the floor, making a grease mess. no laundry soap, bicycles have flat tires. just misleading."
