Relax on your shaded balcony as you watch ferries, whale-watching cruises, and local lobster boats glide by.
Situated on the second floor of a waterfront building on the east side of the harbor, this condo is just half a mile south of the footbridge into downtown. You'll find everything within walking distance – the Boothbay Lobster Wharf, delightful restaurants, charming shops, kayak rentals, sailing and whale-watching charters, and the quaint beach at Barrett Park. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and the Maine State Aquarium are also within a four-mile radius.
After a day on the water, return to your comfortable retreat, where you can soak in harbor views from the balcony and through the windows of the light-filled living space. The condo features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an open living room with a smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience.

The house is in a pretty area. It could use a better cleaning as the carpets were quite dirty as was the sofa. The amenities are nice. If you have to use the loft area for sleeping—there is no a/c up there.

Needs a little TLC
The house is great but it needs a little upkeep. New throw rugs and upholstery cleaned. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable but the cleaning crew should be fired. The rest of the house wasn't very clean. There was even a pair of men's underwear on the deck from a previous guest. The location was perfect though.

Lovely location in the country far from the Camden tourist hubbub. We had ample everything, and then some …Exceptionally clean, organized and spacious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It appears to be new and is very clean and fresh. Nice location between Acadia and Camden. Belfast is a nice little town close by. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay inside and socialize for a girls weekend. The open concept was lovely and had everything we needed. The only thing we would’ve liked better was an earlier check in and later check out time, especially since it wasn’t during peak season. Would definitely stay here again!
