Luxury renovated 70s beach house with views of Boomerang Beach. Pet friendly

  • New owners. Just renovated! We are across the road from one of the best beaches in NSW, Boomerang Beach. We are located in beautiful Pacific Palms which is famous for its many beaches, lakes, and National parks.
    Our beach house is a renovated 1970s beach house with ocean views.
    Walk to beaches like Boomerang, Elizabeth, Shelly and Blueys. Walk to Blueys shops, cafes and trails.
    Sleeps 6 people & 2 dogs
    Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen,living room with smart tv, dining, queen bedroom with en-suite.
    Downstairs is a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom, laundry, living room with smart Tv
    The fully fenced backyard has a firepit area for cooking and a lawn area for games with the kids and dogs. Both living areas are airconditioned and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. We have free unlimited WiFi and we supply all linens, bath towels, beach towels, cleaning and bathroom products and basic pantry items. We have a Breville espresso machine and supply Campos coffee beans

What a magnificent place to stay! Beach is a stones throw away for morning walks and there is a fire pit out the back for evening chill. Beautifully appointed and oh so comfortable. A great choice in Pacific Palms

The property was absolutely 5 star. It exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, stylish and lots of attention to detail that made our stay wonderful. Loved the short walk to the beach and being able to hear and see the ocean. As an added bonus the backyard was dog safe and had a lovely fire pit we could enjoy. I would stay there again! Loved it

What a find!

Little Umi is an absolute gem! With a perfect location and fabulous views, this house was a great find for our family. Every little detail has been carefully considered and the interiors are chic, restful and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was a dream and included everything you need. We will definitely return. Boomerang Beach was beautiful and Blueys and Elizabeth beaches are so close too. 5 stars no question!!

My family and I had such a wonderful holiday at Little Umi. Jodie was an excellent host - clear with her communication and quick with responses. The house was beautiful and had everything you need for a holiday. The little things made our stay so wonderful- coffee beans, bread and milk on arrival, the toiletries and fully laundry utilities with the beach just across the road. We had such a great time. Highly recommend little Umi and hope to stay again.
