The property is kept quite clean. The elevator is very very slow, and sounds like it is failing everytime the door opens. Bonneville has terrible dining choices. I will stay in cold lake next time. 30 minutes away, and a whole pile of more options.

Check in was amazing. No water given for coffee maker. Breakfast was good. Could of used better pillows. Check out was not great. Did not release $100. for incidentals until I phoned later that night. Karen on the desk that evening was very helpful.
