Hair on the pillows, oil/fingerprint smudge marks on the lamp and dresser. Overall disgusting. We all slept with our clothes on and were very uncomfortable in the space. "

"This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. "
