"The price did NOT match the quality of the hotel. We changed rooms 3 times because of dirty sheets and old liquor bottles left in the room. The lobby floors were slick with water and filthy. I tried to call multiple times throughout the day of our check in to reserve a crib for our little one and could not get through to the front desk. They didn’t have any by the time we got there… When we arrived we learned there were no extra pillows and they weren’t receiving a shipment for 2 weeks. Also, the pool closed at 8 and that was the main reason we chose the hotel was so our children could enjoy swimming. The staff we spoke with were very nice, but not helpful for what we needed. I always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express if one is available, but this one is an absolute no-go for us again. $156 of dirt and disappointment."

"A cute little bear themed cabin. It was lovely, had everything we needed. There are lots of things to do in the area as well. (Within around 40 min drive) Fire place and hot tub were great!"

"The location right across the street from Lincoln’s Birthplace National park and close to his boyhood home at Knob Creek. Quaint and well maintained."

"Very nice for a historic cabin. Would have been nice to have a microwave to accompany the fridge and coffee pot. Also, were awaken several times in the night to the scurrying of small critters. Didn’t appear to get into our stuff, and we didn’t see them, so maybe they were in the walls?"

"The hotel was what you would expect in that price range for an older hotel. Rundown, dirty, grout, dumpy lobby actually rat traps outside the building, sticky floors. But the continental breakfast was good and the TV was also very good."
