"We were supposed to sign and and then sign back in after the first night, however, we were held up during the day and new crew weren't tracking our situation. We got locked out of our room, and the new crew could not find batteries for the door. Another customer was having the same issue at the same time. Sage had to wait to get batteries, for the door. I had been on an operating table for six hours earlier that day. It was not optimal waiting to get in our room. Gap in the bottom of the door, looked like someone had previously tried to kick the door in. Location was quit, good location, and a good price. Thank you Sage for making the bad situation as best you could."

"Room was clean. Hotel staff was helpful but perhaps under equipped. I asked for a complimentary toiltery and none were available. Breakfast is acceptable but missing any kind of protein or egg. Walls were thin and we could hear a lot from other rooms. The hotel was nice and we would stay again, but the price is reflective of the experience you will get."

"Love the decor and artwork. Food is good and presented well in the restaurant. Have stayed here several times. This last visit had a group event going on which slowed down the elevators considerably. Otherwise great place to stay."
