"Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre."

"The hotels location was great for us as it was in a lovely area and on the bus route to phantasialand. However of a night the restaurant food options were not very good. A lot of restaurants were closed mid week within the area. We stayed for 3 nights and not once in this time did the room get cleaned ..."
