It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception.

Needs every type of update

Unhelpful staff who were slow to help and asked for money for charges we shouldn’t have to pay. Decor is decades old and the view nonexistent. Hotel is hard to find if you’re driving. Garage ok and cheaper than others nearby but not particularly safe. We didn’t stay for breakfast.

Leider kein Aufzug vorhanden. Rezeption, sowie unser Zimmer nur durch Treppen erreichbar. Nicht für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen geeignet. ☝️ Beim Frühstück, eher zeitweise überschaubar, erst bei Nachfrage wurde nachgelegt, leider keine Körnerbrötchen, Tische längere Zeit nicht abgeräumt (obwohl zu zweit). Das Zimmer war gut, leider zur Strasse, wenn man keine Klimaanlage an machen möchte, am Abend sehr laut, durch ein Lokal direkt darunter und eine Baustelle vor der Tür. Austattung wirkte alles noch neu und zweckvoll, nur im Bad, wie überall, zu wenig Ablagefläche (Kosmetika, Kulturbeutel etc.). Personal am Abend etwas einfach. Getränkepreise etwas überzogen. Lage des Hotel: sehr zentral, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, aber zum Schiffsanleger oder Rhein zu weit weg ( ca. 1.4 km). Petsonen geeignet.

Es riecht muffig im Zimmer. Sauber ist es auch nicht. Aufzug außer Betrieb und ein Rezeptionsmitarbeiter, der die Kreditkartendaten am Telefon haben möchte, da sonst die Reservierung nicht garantiert werden kann.

Lage inmitten der Fußgängerzone. Eine Anfahrt mit dem Auto muss man mit Koblenzer Straße 6 im Navi machen, da die meisten Navis einen sonst in die Einbahnstraße leiten. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, das wir mit unserem SUV lieber wieder rausgefahren sind und draußen geparkt haben. Der Empfang war nett und das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich gut. Unser Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber auch sehr klein. Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone ist gut.

es ist ein gut geführtes und sehr sauberes Hotel, leider für Behinderte nicht zu empfehlen, da das Hotel im 1. Stock ist und nur von der Tiefgarage mit den Aufzug ( bei max 2 Personen, Rollator und Koffer gibt es Probleme bei der Tür- Schließung. Eine Treppe führt zur Straße mit ca 25 Stufen
