Lovely hotel with a cool design. The room was a little small with a tight bathroom but when I’m bonito you don’t want to be in your hotel room. Close to the main areas for food and restaurants. Always got parking

O vôo chega muito cedo no aeroporto de Bonito e o fuso-horário de lá é uma 1h a menos que o horário de Brasília, o hotel só permite a entrada às 14h. Almoçamos e passeamos pelo centro, mesmo assim tivemos que esperar na entrada por quase 2h no calor. Não tem ar condicionado na recepção. E o atendimento foi padrão, sem maiores atenções. Nosso quarto era no 2° andar, apenas nos entregaram a chave e pronto, não se ofereram pra ajudar com as malas. Achei o colchão mole, mas é uma questão pessoal. A parte externa da pousada é bem bonita, o quarto é espaçoso, o café da manhã é muito bom, e a localização é ótima.

Todo bien salvo ruido en la habitación.

Buen desayuno, personal atento y competente aunque solo hablan brasileño. La unica pega es lo ruidosa que es la habitación número 10 por algún motor o compresor que no dejo de hacer ruido toda la noche.

Nossa hospedagem foi ótima! A equipe da limpeza é muito caprichosa o café da manhã é excelente! No primeiro dia tivemos problemas com o chuveiro que não estava esquentando, mas no dia seguinte foi arrumado, a fechadura da porta travou várias vezes, mas não apaga a qualidade da hospedagem.

Hotel muito bem localizado, todo novo, café da manhã muito gostoso, bem diversificado. Quarto confortável, limpo, funcionários eficientes e simpáticos! A piscina poderia ser aquecida, mas como fazíamos 2 passeios por dia, nem daria tempo de usá-la também. Ou ter uma sauna, pra relaxar no final dos passeios! Super recomendo! Voltando a Bonito, certamente ficarei aqui novamente.

Razoável, chegamos bem cedo no hotel e ficamos esperando o quarto somente a gente até as 14 , chegamos às 10, quando chegamos no quarto claramente o quarto já estava desocupado a três da nossa chegada ao hotel ! Não foram gentis em ceder o quarto antes do checkin normal ! Hóspedes mal Educado falando alto enfrente ao quartos perturbando o sono dos hóspedes !

O quarto que recebemos não era espaçoso como os das fotos do anúncio. Muito barulho das pessoas caminhando no piso superior ou descendo a escada, pois ficamos bem embaixo dela. Localização do quarto com janela voltada pra rua movimentada, então tinha bastante barulho externo. Ponto positivo foi o buffet de café da manhã que foi recem renovado e tinha boa oferta e variedade. Já o quarto que fiquei está precisando de uma reforma urgente, pois tem pouco espaço, cama sem cabeceira e mobiliário antigo.
