Close to many award winning restaurants. Bay Pointe is located in Bonita Bay which remains among the most desired addresses in this entire region. With 2400 acres it has its own marina, restaurant, private beach, walking paths, kayaking, tennis courts, bicycle paths, and 3 parks you will never run out of things to enjoy. It is located convivially to many award-winning restaurants and many grocery stores. Bay Pointe has its own pool, hot tub, library, and workout room. I am open to doing more than one month's rental but they must be consecutive months. Property is not available in January and February.
