"Hotel was empty but wouldn’t allow an early check in. Hot tub and pool blocked with caution tape. Closed. I’ve machine out of order. Patio closed. Front staff Rooba was extremely rude. We left early. Hotel would not grant any refund. Will never go back "

"Fantastic hotel! We stayed for 6 nights - the property has a private garage so parking was a breeze. Really good location in Old Naples on 5th Ave. in walking distance to all of the downtown bars, restaurants and shops. A few more blocks past that is the beach - super easy! The staff was the highlight - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was amazing. The pool area was large and great to the kids, loved the balcony overlooking the marina. I would highly recommend staying here! "
