Set atop a knoll, this private gated 1 acre property combines stunning hilltop and pacific ocean views with spacious outdoor and indoor living spaces to entertain and make special memories.

- Sun Room: Dining for 4, seating for 6, fully enclosed with windows that can be opened.

OUTDOOR
The gazebo with its built-in BBQ and a large sitting area presents an exceptional Al Fresco dining experience with its 360 degree view of the mountains, valleys, ocean and the surrounding landscape - all the way to the Coronado bridge and Pt. Loma. The private Jacuzzi in the rear, accessible from the living room and the master bedroom will melt your stress away.

Great home base for a friends/family vacation

We stayed here with friends for a youth sports tournament. The property was 15-25 minutes away from everything we wanted to go to. This was a great home-base, with plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the patio and gazebo in the morning for coffee and cocktails in the afternoon. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a great addition.

Excellent property

House had a lot of space to spread out for our group of 11. Beautiful views and within a 5-10 minute driving distance to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Communication with the owner was timely and check-in and check-out process was a breeze!

Amazing views

We rented this place for my son’s 30th birthday celebration. It was beautiful and perfect for a big family and a few friends to celebrate. The place was very clean and inviting I would definitely stay there again. The host was very professional and responsive.

I was blown away with the value of this location, for the San Diego area this place is a steal. This house fit 10 of us perfectly and was a great place to hang out. I also want to mention the views are amazing! Would definitely book again.

Our stay in the villa was outstanding. The location was close to everything which allowed us not to rush to our functions. The view was exceptional especially from the patio. The house was large enough so we were not on top of each other. Our host was very courtous and on top of all of our needs.

Perfect for Spring Break!

Great community spaces in the living room and kitchen. Plenty of parking. The view was very nice and the house had everything you could need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Great natural light and the outdoor space was nicely maintained.We had a small issue with the hot tub, but the property owners were VERY responsive and handled the issue within a day. They were great to deal with and communicated easily.

Pleasant stay at Bonita hilltop residence

Arrival was good and entry easy with keypad security. House is nicely designed with 4 bedrooms and plenty of room. Kitchen nicely equipped and house furnished with nice furniture. Beds were comfortable and nicely made. We had good communication with very friendly remote host by telephone. All in all a good experience.

Our stay was great overall. We enjoyed the location and how easy it was to get to everything. Although it didn’t meet our standards of cleanliness it was alright to stay in. The communication with the host was great and when we had questions she would respond right away. We did have a large group and ran into there not being enough towels but the host took care of it as best as possible and came through with extra towels. Overall I would say this was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again if needed.

We rented this house for a church youth group deep-sea fishing trip. The house was very spacious and met our needs very well. The game room in the garage was an absolute lifesaver. Between foosball, the pool table, and the card table with chess games, the kids stayed entertained every minute of downtime. The outdoor grill area was amazing for the group as well. With limited options for large groups, this house was a great fit. I anticipate returning next summer. Thank you so much!

Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved this house! Super clean and check in was a breeze. The location, amenities and house layout was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our kids loved the game room! Everything in the house was very well organized and fully stocked. Location was great. Not far at all from attractions, I’d say maybe 15 min. Also, the views from the house were spectacular. Definitely will be staying there again!

Nice Place

The house exceeded our expectations! Nice relaxing outdoor space, great location and wonderful host. We had a large group and there was so much to do for all us. The amount of outdoor space was absolutely amazing! Large patio, pergola, the hot tub and game room were just perfect. The house was well lit, and super inviting. The house also included a fully stocked kitchen so you could grab groceries and not have to leave the house at all! It was extremely clean, there was ample space for multiple vehicles which was perfect for our large group — highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Retreat

Private, Spacious and Serene Mediterranean villa in an unbeatable San Diego location! 15 min to all attractions in and around San Diego but yet a private, romantic retreat to unwind. The home abounds in its living spaces – 2 huge living and Family rooms, Game room, Enclosed patio, Pergola with awesome views, backyard with the spa. The family room with its cuddlers overlooking the sunset over the pacific ocean in the evening is one for the memory. The well equipped spacious kitchen, the 3 large screen TVs, and the Polk audio system with Bluetooth connection to the mobile phone in the living room make it an entertainment delight. Highly recommend the experience to couples or families that want a private retreat experience with all the San Diego attractions at your fingertips.
