We arrived at 4.15pm to a closed reception. Two staff members outside were very unhelpful saying we were a late check in. We had not received the text message the man questioned me about. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The park amenities look very nice. The same man was in reception when I checked out and was very reticent then as well. Good park and cabin. Staff maybe need to be more helpful.

The location makes it difficult to easily access town due to the gradient of the hill it's purched on. The room itself needs a refurbishment, and felt more like a 3 star property. The lift was incredibly smelly
